I buy my dog treats and chews regularly from Howzyadog, and have done for over 10 years. I am always impressed by the quality of the kangaroo jerky and ribs, which is what I buy most. The prices are extremely competitive and my dogs love their chews. When flat rate shipping is offered I buy up big for my 2 large shepherds. Thank you Chris and team.

Terrible customer service, horrible product. Tried to let them know about a subpar product and they were incredibly defensive and rude. Avoid

I placed a large order for pigs ears and pigs ears strips. The pigs ears seem OK but the strips seemed very smelly on arrival. After a few days the smell got absolutely terrible and I noticed sawdust type material congregating in the bottom of the glass jar and on the strips. inside. I have used this sealed glass jar for all strips bought in the past, it is airtight. I rang the supplier and he was totally dismissive, saying the insects were skin mites and implying that they came from my home encouraged by the way I was storing them. No offer of return, no refund and no apology. I had to throw the lot out including the pigs ears because by that stage I was highly suspicious of any product coming from this person. Will never buy anything from this supplier again.

Disgusting product at a big price – Disgusting customer service and product. Sharpest edges I've ever seen on pig ear strips and one of my dog had one lodged in throat. Owner essentially said too bad your dog tried to swallow it. Never again. Avoid this product and company, much better out there.

Very happy customer – Very happy customer, both with dog treats and dog care. The owner really knows dogs and offers such a fantastic service. I am disappointed with some of the reviews, very unfair and certainly not my very positive experiences. I’ll definitely be recommending and using Howzyadog for treats and care in the future, thank you!

regardless , this isn't my issue .

My problem is the tracking now says the parcel has been delivered - not to me , but to the senders LPO. So , you would think a business would assist in finding out where the parcel is - you would be wrong if the business is Howzyadog ! Instead I've received over the top, vile, aggressive emails & absolutely zero desire to find out why the parcel says delivered but not to my address . It is truly like this person is not even grasping the concept that I'm upset and concerned because , my parcel is showing as delivered ! At this point I am completely done.

I've asked that my order just be cancelled , that was refused as my order was in transit/shipped - I've attached a screenshot of the Aus post tracking , showing it as 'delivered' - so no, its apparently no longer in transit because its been delivered - just not to me ! Again, I can only go by what Australia Post is showing on their app & I really don't understand why the CS haven't even addressed this in their multitude of emails , apart from saying 'why would they deliver to the sender?' - I don't know , maybe you can ask them , I don't work at Daw Park PO or Australia Post. Is it not the business's responsibility to find out what has happened here , when you have a customer concerned their order shows delivered when it wasn't ? I think, at the end of the day , this issue with tracking could probably have been figured out, but when the owner wont even acknowledge the tracking history incorrectly showing as delivered and seek to find answers about why that might be, they would rather throw insults , there was never any real hope of a resolution. Try treating people with a little respect and understanding when there is a problem - would solve a lot of issues rather than making them 10x worse.

dates, not crumbled or broken. This order came a bit of a shock for me - all content was squashed to fit a very small Au Post soft plastic package (not even a box - plastic bag!!). Along the way the packaging was broken (it was clearly way to small for the order volume/weight) and somehow band-aided over with sticky tape. Due to the poor packaging and size of the Au post plastic bag some content was broken and crumbled to a powder/small pieces. Individual product inside were not packed properly either - all in loose broken already bags which you can`t use for storage. I bought a fair bit of treats for 1 dog in order to slowly open one bag after another to have an access to fresh batch but this poor packaging is not designed for that. No glass container will keep air-dried meaty jerky fresh for 2-3 months so now it either needs to be fed right away or to stay safe through out in weeks to avoid a dog poisoning. Person who I spoke with regards to the issue to from their end told me that they are saving $$$ on packaging to make price cheaper, that squashing and crumbling the treats is OK and individual product packaging is not something they belies is necessary. So for almost $130 spent I`ve received a crumbled stuff which I have no idea when it was produced and when its BBD and how it was kept before reaching me and how long it`s safe to keep at my end before it will poison my dog.. Never again!
