together so a friend came to help and we figured out that we were provided with incorrect pieces so my friend took the chair away to fix it because i figured it would be easier then trying to deal with this companies terrible customer service. i ended up figuring out how to get in contact with them about the mistake only to be offered 23$ back on the order which i found insulting considering the hassle and having to buy extra pieces, have been going back and forth with them for weeks asking me to take a bunch of photos and photos of the box (which was thrown out at this stage) and just generally being a hassle to me. so i lodged a complaint externally regarding this companies practices and informed them so and then suddenly to be sent an automated email friday stating that i was being refunded in full. im yet to receive a refund and dont believe that i will even get one. AVOID AT ALL COST.
