Dangerous rubbish – Made the same mistake twice assuming this was a reputable Australian store. Product is shipped from overseas, first battery failed after 6 months cell swelled causing keyboard to stop working, second battery shows fully charged but shuts down after 5 minutes use, same crappy cells. Poor Customer Service – The new battery purchased from this company is not of good quality. Laptop shutting down on new fully charged battery after 10-15 minutes. New battery even causing overheating of charger, which never happened with the faulty original battery. I have been sending emails, fill web form, submit live chat but no one has responded or replied in over 2 days and there is no phone number to call. company is Chinese and the code doesn't work. I then did some review searching. OMG!!! I immediately started a dispute with PayPal and contacted the seller to call them out and to cancel the order. It's almost like they follow a script, as I've read identical reviews on this and another site (appears they are running a few operations). Sorry, not in stock in Australia, will now ship from HK, delivery time 10 - 15 business days, here's another AUSPOST Tracking Code (how do you get an AUSPOST tracking code in China?). They are clearly disingenuous and I'd have no faith in the product anyway ... sounds like they are rubbish and dangerous. Thus far PayPal have been good so we'll wait and see what happens but it sounds like PayPal will refund me. Strange business model for PayPal as I'd be investigating ways to flag shonky operators and warn the customer before processing.

I'm going to report to the ACCC but I wonder if they can actually do anything with an off-shore company.

No warranty on battery – I bought a new battery for my laptop from this website. Initially I had postage problems however the battery only lasted a few days and stopped. I was told by the company I could get a replacement or refund. I asked for a refund and never heard from them again. The company is not Australian and run by Aolstecell in China. Show details
