Still waiting ... basically stolen my money – It's been 3 months, 4 emails, 3 FB messages, 2 public comments on FB and 2 phones calls. No responses or engagement at all from Hugh Charles Clothing regarding my order ever arriving or even an opportunity to pursue a refund, they just won't communicate at all.

Zero Customer Service – Purchased in-stock item using one of their many discount codes thinking I would receive the item in a reasonable timeframe. After 4 weeks I emailed HC requesting an update. Total Scammer - Do not give this idiot your money – Exchanged messages with the guy on facebook, saw good review so I paid for a vest. They never shipped the product, they lied and said they had. day. Then no contact. Now he's blocked my husband as well as me. This is stealing. His reviews show this isn't the first time. How can he be allowed to do this to so many people? It is a business and we have paid good money for a product we have not received and to just be ignored and blocked is plain scamming! Very angry and disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scamming scum bag that should not be in business – Nothing but a scammer getting rich off average working people,paid $300 for shirts to be delivered to Tasmania that haven't arrived,but instead of a reply Steve's blocked our number and also blocked us on social media, nothing but scum , time to grow a set Steve and honor the deal of at least a refund. Zero Customer Service - No product received – Purchase never received. Waiting 10 weeks for an 'in stock' item. No communication responses on Email, Facebook messages, Comments on their Facebook posts, Voicemail left on their listed mobile phone or using the Contact Us on their website. Bank dispute in progress. DO NOT purchase from this Company!

Great Shirts, worst customer service. Took 6 months to get a refund – Great quality shirts, but only buy in person at a farm market, or if down in Gippsland. better. Messages and read receipts showed they had seen the messages but they would not respond or call back after a voicemail.

Ordered multiple shirts and a jacket.

Shirts took a long time to arrive. Sizing was different from jackets to shirts, returned jacket at my cost, waited months for a new size to be sent. Shirt had issues with buttons not fitting button holes. Stitching came out. Was told I could get a voucher for a discount on another shirt which when I went to use on their website didn't work.

Was told not to worry a partial refund could be issued rather than the voucher, Steve the owner would organise the refund if i wanted to keep the shirt and order a new one. Placed another order.

After emails, phone calls, SMS, social media messages, I was unable to reach the owner who ended up blocking me across all channels.

Had to get my bank to investigate and issue a refund as a credit card charge back. It took over six months to get the refund, I would never buy from this company again.

This is not an isolated event. Check google reviews too, great products but the service is horrible.

Great shirts, but plenty of other companies around who care about customers. At $159 plus shipping you can buy nearly any other brand which all come with service and warranty.

Best quality bush shirt I’ve seen - Green checked shirt – This is the softest, most well made shirt I’ve ever seen. It is beautiful and hopefully will last a lifetime. I love it and recommend these to anyone that wants something that will last and look great over the years. Spend a bit more and buy once. Quality costs but is well worth it.
