Humane Possum Removal Perth

AVOID this group of companies! – DO NOT USE! This group of companies are completely unprofessional and unethical. I engaged their services for Possum Removal. They were to come and set up a trap for $250. After inspection, they advised it’s actually rats and upsold me to set up traps for $380. I complained a few days later that there is a possum up there now playing soccer with their traps! Could they please return and remove the rat traps and set up a possum trap as I originally requested.

I phoned several times each day and they always give the run around that someone will phone me but never did, they finally gave me an appointment time but they never turned up and they refuse to come back. I paid for a service I didn’t need and they won’t refund and won’t help to return to catch the possum I told them about in the beginning!
