Scammers. Quoted $250 for possum removal, increased it to $720 after examination saying there was more than 1 possum. Left 2 cages, 1 possum caught. Other possums still there, kept phoning, got promises that someone will come and check, but never did. Have reported to them.
DO NOT USE! – This group 'operate' under several guises, including pestcontrolredfern pestcontrolsydney, pestcontrolkatoomba etc (just google their phone number 02 4018 7435). They appear to be legitimate, but send out crooks (see Sams Maintenance and Pest Control) to do a bare minimum job, demand payment on the spot for the full job and won't leave the property until you do so. When you try to ask for a refund, they block your number, refuse to answer the phone and don't call you back, using the excuses like "the manager is away, I'll get them to call you" but they never do. Total scammers. DO NOT USE.
