Amazing customer service I had to call up because I needed help with a booking (issue was on my end) and the person was super helpful and got it all sorted.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this buisness. This company is far from humanitarian I tried to cancel a booking , tickets for vivid on the water as my son got severe sea sickness in the morning of the cruise. Zero understanding or compassion not to mention customer service we just got a response saying bad luck we won't refund or change tickets. Zero professionalism do not purchase anything of these frauds.

Impossible to contact Humanatix. Their 'FAQ' don't apply to our circumstances. Paid for a ticket, with bank statement as evidence, yet no ticket and no email confirmation sent. Very concerning that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT this company at all, with no personal customer service.
