Worst financial institution I have ever dealt with... Was good right up to the point of trying to close the account... account fully paid.... multiple requests via automated system, then via customer service, and they still have not done as requested. Oh, well off to ACFA we go. Show details

Good at first if you don’t have enough money but it is a financial death trap. They say “no interest for 60 months”, 12 months later they increase the monthly repayments, 12 months after that they start charging interest, it is a complete sham! But the shammy part of it is if you miss a repayment, they charge you a lot for missing that repayment. So glad to be done with it, really cost me a lot in the long run!! Show details

original back account that it was paid, their system is still showing that it is not paid and now the amount also suddenly has increased to 33.13 AUD, emails does nothing cuz I tried it with no benefits same reply and they are still refusing to close the account. By the way at some point the whole remaining amount was paid off nothing left to pay yet they came out with the 25.37 dollars that now has increased to 33.13 dollars even after me paying a total of 50.74 dollars...be aware of this company.. see photos

Skye Mastercard was better before the merge – No issues with using the card overseas or at home. Instalment plans were great. Until they merged companies and became humm90 I never had any issues paying off instalment plans early but after the merge I received this text. Recently hacked into my Humm90 cc and after so many calls and emails - they refused to refund the $1500 (which was from Dubai!!) that was taken from my account! even though I had proof that I did not authorise the fraudulent transaction - I will never recommend nor use them again!! Show details

Very unhappy with humm90. We have been their customer since 2018 when it was LOMBARD, then SKYE and then humm90. Their customer service teams in The Philippines are very poor on customer service. Their sales & marketing teams have no idea about the… Read more

campaigns, and the customer has to chase all their own rewards. Many of the times they do not even understand basic requests, questions or queries. We had to call so many times to get simple things done.

partner’s income in the application.

The agent responded rudely and insisted that I must add my partner. I told her I would discuss it with my partner and get back to them. This left me with a negative impression of humm90.

Today, I called to clarify whether adding my partner would affect their credit score and whether it would become a joint application. But, they avoided answering my questions and ask me to clarify if I wanted to go on my own or add my partner. I declined adding the partner and chose to proceed using only my information. I then received another call from a senior staff member asking whether I was renting at the moment, to which I replied yes. Immediately after that call, my application was declined — despite having an excellent credit score.

I understand that having a mortgage can reduce the likelihood of approval. However, Latitude Finance had no issue approving me for a credit card with a substantial credit limit by considering total household income information (both my partner’s and mine). I provided the same income details to humm90, but they refused to accept them unless my partner was added to the application. I have humm Classic as well. Maybe it's good that application was not accepted.

then a call from the heating and cooling company saying they got advised too about the credit refusal. Got a call from Humm saying to ignore the email as no decision has been made and asked to send documents. Sent documents for me and was told they can approve partial amount but if my husband is added then they can approve more most likely. All this while we thought my husband was added as his details were also provided in the application. Anyway we then on the call tried to add him and call dropped out after spending a long time but no one called back so we called again to start process again to add him. He got added and was told to send his documents. Sent documents and now it’s refused. We both have excellent credit score we no credit cards and just a mortgage to our names with very good salary too. Nearly 200k for both us combined. Just last month we got our solar finance approved by a different company without any hassle.

This company is a joke and no wonder have this much negative reviews. There is a huge gap between their application system, system generally and the people who review.

Maybe we dodged a bullet as it seems it would be painful dealing with them later.

Love the cash back and the 110 days interest free offers. I received $100 cash back recently from Humm90. They are very generous and have a variety of cash back programs. I’d love that Humm90 would allow their customer to set up a closing balance repayment option. Currently, Humm90 only offers minimum repayment and fixed amount repayment options… Read more ·  1

Do not attempt to close your account! I have been trying to close this account since it was paid out in full in December 2024 and they were asked to close the account It’s now the end of October 2025 and they will still NOT close the account!!! Show reply

At least 10 emails back and forth (maybe more) requesting they update my credit file to show accurate information has proved fruitless and here we are, almost a year on, still with an ‘Open’ account and very incorrect information showing on my credit file. Why do Humm90 not update credit file information?? Ensure you check your credit report details as there’s a decent chance they are incorrect and/or not current. For a financial company they do ZERO when it comes to customer service or trying to remedy incorrect information showing- even though I have the account closure letter in my hand and have sent them several copies for reference in my emails to their customer service. It seems it would be easier to spin the earth in the other direction than it would to be able to have Humm90 fix errors that they, themselves, have caused. Reading through other reviews it appears that this is a bit of a common theme!! AVOID!!!

I got the humm90 card for emergencies. Life has given me a few curve balls here and there. Unfortunately these often occur when the savings are low. The card gives me extra security. With most of these unexpected purchases I can create an interest free payment plan. Great card to have .. I use it daily. Good deals to be had when booking flights through flight centre and paying with Humm card. overseas. Fraud dept very swift in assessing my claim and reimbursing all the fraudulent transactions… now use it via Apple Pay as much safer option. Annual fee of $120 plus 95c per BPay transaction is a bit irritating but as I use it constantly the money back offers they promote almost cover it. Have had this card for several years and prefer it to any other card I’ve had in the past.

Have been using my HUMM90 card for several years now and overall the experience has been very good...they often have deals for cashback and always credit your account in a timely manner...Zero percent interest and also great for foreign currency purchases. I have held a Humm90 credit card for a few years .I recently paid off my balance in full whilst accidentally maintaining my direct debit . Resulted in me been $557 in credit - i requested closure of this credit card and a refund of my credit balance . Safe to say humm90 customer service have continuously stalled on processing and to date have not… Read more

refunded my credit balance , some 4 weeks after paying off my card . The issue is unresolved and i have since lodged a complaint with the Australian financial consumer authority to resolve this issue . Totally unhappy with Humm90 as they know how to call you when u owe them but refuse to pay you when they owe you . I suspect it’s tactics they use in the hope you will walk away and give up . Please think twice before opening store cards with latitude like Humm90

the operator just kept reading that list for every single one of my questions. I think they even processed the application in detail, they just did not want to accept. I had an interest-free Latitude Card from their competitor, and that was way better than this one from the customer service point. My advice is not to destroy your credit record by applying to Humm90.

privilege every time - plus the amount per annum is now higher, just split up over 12 payments. The other issues for those who use the card irregularly, if they aren't careful, they will miss the monthly payment and be slugged a fee. A more sceptical person might think that this is intentional - not me.....I think all credit card facilities are set up to only help users :-) My personal experience with HUMM is OK, but the above should be considered by all those thinking of signing up.
