Hi Cheris, Thank you for contacting us. You may request to issue a humm90 Mastercard to another person aged 18 or over as an Additional Cardholder. If we agree, we will issue that person a humm90 Mastercard and they will be able to operate your humm90 Account. You will be responsible for their use of your humm90 Account.

An Additional Cardholder can use the humm90 Mastercard issued to them for Card Transactions on your humm90 Account in the same manner that you can and can enter into Transactions to which Promotional Offers apply, except that an Additional Cardholder:

(i) cannot ask us to increase the credit limit; (ii) cannot request to close the account; (iii) cannot request a replacement of the additional card following cancellation of that card by you; (iv) cannot nominate another person to be an Additional Cardholder; and (v) will not have access to my humm90.

Why can you not use bank accounts for direct debits unless the account number is 8 digits long ? And why can you not use a bank card for your DD ?? This is commonly used in Australia

Hi M Iish, Thank you for your feedback. At the moment, there are only two ways that you can make repayments to your humm90 Mastercard: 1. Setting up a Direct Debit payment from your nominated bank account via my humm90 or, 2. BPAY (Please note that there is a .95c payment handling fee)

There is an option to setup a direct debit via humm90 website, if the bank account details are less than 8 digits.

Hey, I had this product and was shocked when I finished paying my last installment somehow I still had a full balance owing on my credit card. I figured it would reduce by the amount of the initial purchase… they certainly leave a lot of the important details out of their product descriptions

Why is it when you make a payment it takes for ever for you to show it in my account it's a direct payment it should nit take over a week to come off what is owing and what's been payed. Very very annoying. This doesn't happen with other credit institutions only yours are you all lazy or something

My husband has randomly received a credit card in the mail today, literally without having ever applied for one. He called the call centre and was given no help what so ever. He was told that the application was made at a Michael Hill jewellery store, but once hubby started to question things and refused to give further personal information, the call centre employee suddenly decided he couldn’t give us any further information. Has anyone else experienced this?

if you don't get a satisfactory answer from a dodgy company like this, go to the Financial Ombudsman and make a complaint. What crap companies like Skye won't tell you is that the Ombudsman will charge them THOUSANDS of dollars for an investigation. Whenever you call them, threaten them with the Ombudsman and watch them bend over backwards to sort things out. Works every time.

I tried twice to make repayments through the app. Neither went through. Then I tried to set up a direct deposit, which also failed. So I contacted Skye through Live Chat, the girl said there was nothing wrong with the app (really? I'm guessing most people on this page would beg to differ!), but maybe I should try doing it via the website. So I did, and surprise, still no payment showing up on my Skye statement - although the money left my bank. Why is it so hard to PAY YOU MONEY? Surely you WANT money? If I get a late payment fee you better believe I'm going straight to the Ombudsman about it. Never met a financial institution before that makes it hard to pay them money!

Don't worry too much about it I've literally been trying to give them extra money (for MONTHS) to pay it off faster (i'd have actually finished paying this off pretty soon) and haven't even made my first payment yet. even though I've tried contacting them many time and never getting a reply. So far I haven't received any late fees yet but its not like I can pay them if I got them anyway. Just don't see how they can fail at functioning at a basic level?

Is it true that skye do not accept balance transfers to other cards. Recently tried to get another card provider to balance transfer the outstanding balance and it failed because Skye will not allow it. The T&Cs say, 'You may make repayments to us in the manner we specify from time to time' Can you clarify what you current specify please
