Rubbish – This product worked once. Now shows as charged but no movement at all. I have tried everything to get it to scrub but I will use it manually to save bending.

Scrubs tiles very well, soap scum not so well – I use this for cleaning my floor tiles which are white. Gets dirt and stains off very quickly. The harder brush is great for cleaning the grout along with a bleach based foam product. Don’t bother using in your shower for soap scum. I wouldn’t recommend for the elderly or older people, there is no way my mother could control this properly with her fibromyalgia and arthritis in wrists and hands. I only wanted it to take the work out of scrubbing my tiled floors and it does that perfectly. It’s probably an overrated tool and only needs one or two heads as opposed to the four or five you get. Some are so soft they don’t make an impact on grime. Two thumbs up for cleaning tiles with the large flat head and smaller harder round head. Two thumbs down for cleaning anything else.

Needs tweaking – The first unit I bought did not work at all, wouldn't even switch on. Charger light did not change from red no matter how long it was left on charge. a little pressure is applied and if no pressure is applied it tends to bounce off the surface whilst scrubbing due to spinning speed. When using the extension attachment it is difficult to apply the correct amount of pressure (without the above mentioned implications) and does not sit or feel sturdy and secure to deal with heavy duty scrubbing needs. The charge does not hold long enough for a complete task unless tackling a small job. With some minor adjustments this has the potential to be a household necessity item. Good Product but has its limitations – I bought this online from Global Shop Direct using the plan to pay it off over several monthly payments .Product arrived within the 28 day delivery time stated .It certainly is very good on shower screens and the corner brush works well around taps and sinks. this I imagine is because the mould has got right into the grout .The big disappointment for for me -and Im not one to believe everything that is shown in a television ad -was the complete lack of any difference when used on an oven door .The ad showed a much dirtier oven door than mine being cleaned easily with the flat brush .I tried 3 times with 3 different cleaners and it made no impression at all . The instructions say not to use abrasive cleaners but there is no advice on what sort of cleaners you should use .So all in all not bad for simple undemanding jobs but not a substitute for good old fashioned elbow grease .

Love This Product – Was looking to order another one as mine is old. I love this scrubber. It works great for cleaning my bathtub grime, my shower stalls and the grout in my tiles.

Awful design, not waterproof, low torque and old battery technology – Worked (barely) once & failed. Low torque, won't spin under pressure. Lasts 20mins then flat. NOT water proof OR resistant!! Motor will rust & seize after 1 use. Old-style NiCd battery, not LiPo. Show details

Save your money, results are no better than scrubbing by hand – I had been thinking that a scrubbing machine like this would be a great idea when I saw it advertised on TV so I ordered one straight away. The only good feature is the reach, which means I don't have to stand in the bath to reach around the shower screen, but that's hardly worth the cost of this machine.

I suppose this might be useful if you are old or infirm and unable to reach or press hard otherwise a scrubbing brush or scourer would be just as effective

Real Junk – Yeah that's it, the Hurricane Spin Scrubber. What a POS. I use mine one time and now it doesn't charge anymore. The RED light flashes for a few minutes then stops with a partial charge. I tried a new battery that's sold by Walmart and that did not help either. Such a waste since all these plastic parts end up in the landfill.

Charging or not? – ideo says for first charge, let it charge for 20 hrs. The light is suppose to blink when charging. But it stays a solid red from when it is first plugged in. Have to say, after reading these reviews, not sure this was a very good investment. Will find out more once we try to use it. Rubbish!!! – I bought this, used it once. It has never worked again. I needed this cleaning tool as I’m 72 with a big house to clean. It is pure junk! It has never worked – I had the same problem. Bought the product in a shop in Switzerland and brought it to Potugal to use. It charged up once and then the charge ran out very quickly. It never charged up again. Of course it was too much hassle to send it back to the shop in Switzerland so it has been a complete waste of money. Show details

Tired of having to lift brush so it will turn correctly – First time I used this it was fine. Recharged 2nd time ok Recharged, 3rd time Brush is slow and not scrubbing as it should. Not very good in cleaning needs more power!

Should last longer – Having regard to the price I would have thought the batteries would have lasted longer. Get less that 2 minutes use after a full charge. Great little invention – I find the spin scrubber a useful cleaning tool. I use it for the shower , The tile floor areas can be done where they need that extra scrub. Its also good on the outdoor furniture. However I do find the extension handle feels a bit week. Show details

Don't buy – I was given this item as a christmas present. I brought it back safely to australia in my luggage. Used it 3 times. It stopped on my third use and it has never worked again. I was too embarrassed to tell the relative who gave it to me. I emailed the company last year and never got a reply.

One operation wonder – Used this once worked okay. Tried to use it again 6months later charged battery as instructed. Went to used no power, battery just goes flat after 2 minutes Having read most reviews this seems a common occurrence and l noted does not even warrant an answer from "hurricane official".

Utterly useless – After taking two weeks to arrive it did no better a job than just wiping my tiles with a cloth - which is what I ended up doing. of a tile and makes no impact at all in the grouting. Then to add insult to injury (quite literally!) I got a bleeding knee for my trouble because the brush had left broken bits of bristle lying about too, which embedded in my knee as I was crawling about on all fours wiping up - on the first day of use! It is just cheap junky rubbish that does NOT deliver on promises.

ended up getting the Karcher Steam Cleaner instead - a bit pricey, but at least it is reliable and does the job - I have resigned myself to the fact that cleaning the bathtub will always be a chore. At least I have cut back on using chemicals!

Only lasted 3 uses – I purchase the hurricane spin scrubber in June 2017. It only lasted 15 months. I paid $79.95 plus $9.95 postage. I see now they're only $39.95. I think I know why. Very disappointing.

Used it once before it wouldn't charge – I received the Spin Scrubber as a gift. I used it once and the battery would no longer charge. I removed the battery (with difficulty) and tried to but a replacement from various stores and was unable to find one. I phoned customer service and was advised they don't sell the batteries. Battery won't take a charge – I only used the spin scrubber twice and now it won't take a charge. Based on the other reviews, this is an issue that Telebrands has not corrected. I paid $50 for this from Amazon. This makes me skeptical of all Telebrands Products, so I will not order Telebrand products anymore. Don't waste wour money on this product.

Biggest waste of money ever – Charged once will not charge again ! Sick of trying to ring customer service costs a fortune and they are no help at all how do they get away with selling such rubbish.

No support for faulty battery – Bought a Hurricane Spin Scrubber in March 2018 from Australia Post. It will no longer charge. Neither they nor the vendor will help with a replacement battery. I would not recommend this product!

Battery is not good – In the instructions there is information about the battery. They do not have replacement, I used two times and does not charge any more. Since is a tandem cannot be replaced easily
