Due to a mechanical problem, we had a last-minute Ship change We ended up with a smaller cabin and 2 x single beds, the size of the cabin was 25% less than we had booked. see below pictures Hurtigruten response was the cabins are called the same on both ships, so no refund. the company just responded by saying contact your agent. we spent over… Read more
$30k on the 20 day trip. Huge company with a very poor customer attitude. Have a problem at MacDonalds you get treated better
