Don't get fooled – Not a bad little machine after all the things that were going wrong with it when I got it. The hardest thing about owning a husky in Australia is going back to the dealer that sold it to you. They have a monopoly here that is why they can lie to you and do what they want. I got a 'Monday' machine at purchase, it got fixed eventually. The customer service here is poor. Buy a cat, I am going to trade mine. The importer here In Australia will try and milk every cent out of you, charge for whatever they decide. Tried to charge me freight to have a look at the faulty machine. Now they want $1000 deposit just to have a look at it, something is wrong again at 64 hours. It goes on Average little product , bad company
Unprofessional shoddy service – In Feb 22 I was contacted for dates in the coming season. I indicated the dates that I wanted and later confirmed with the manager that it was definite and bought Epic passes for my partner and I. I was not sent any paper work to pay a deposit so I chased them up by phone on the work and private numbers - this was early April. There was no answer on either phone and so I texted asking for a call back. This didnt happen. In early May after stewing on this for a while I rang again and the phone was answered by new managers. I have had several calls with them - the last being that I should 'just move on and that I hadnt paid a deposit' (which of course I couldnt do without paperwork). They just told me they were fully booked. I tried to be flexible with dates and length of stay and was basically told no time was available. I have contacted Consumer Affairs and now know that they have not acted with due care and skill in their area of responsibility as required under the law. We have also tried to get accomodation elsewhere but there isnt any because by May its booked. Given we were contacted in February and I have texts confirming the dates and reservation and I am out of pocket just shy of $2000 for the ski passes we have but can’t use I am very unhappy. Since sending the texts that prove the contact and dates 2 weeks ago I have heard nothing from the new managers.......what lovely treatment and service.
