Bad Customer Service – I received a measure and quote for a small privacy screen in my backyard. It seemed a little expensive so I requested an itemised breakdown of costs. The reply I got was "we only quote as a lump sum" and was then directed to contact a different company for my business.

Excellent Product from an Excellent company – We recently completed a project with HV Aluminum for a carport addition to house our caravan and cars. HVA were excellent in all facets from quote to completion and the workmanship and finish was excellent. Even neighbours and passersby are regularly commenting about the great new addition. Highly recommended!
