If only I had read the comments before purchasing. The delivery was delayed by almost three weeks and the stickers fell off overnight!!
Do not order from this company! Terrible product and dreadful customer service. Our stickers arrived water damaged and won't stick to the wall. Their response was that we weren't applying them properly and that it was just air bubbles. They have not responded to continued efforts to get a refund or replacement. We have $108.00 worth of useless stickers.
Would not recommend, shop elsewhere – I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing. Purchased through their website. Wall sticker arrived folded with the bottom part damaged. Sent an email with photos regarding the damage with no response. Luckily I only spent $25.

stick, and when we tried blue tack to at least use them they left odd marks around the bottom of each sticker (like a perimeter mark) on the wall photo included. My husband used to be a painter, so we have an abundance of paint products (non-washable) and it doesn't stick on anything, they've also leave unusual outline marks from the very little time they were on the wall. The owner provides extremely slow or no responses. never purchase from here
Bad product and bad customer service – After correct application the decal started lifting a week later. Emails have been sent and phone calls made, to which there was no reply. When I got a reply I was told I have applied the decal incorrectly and to put some general purpose glue on it to stick it down. Reluctantly I did that and it is still lifting. Contact was made yet again and no reply what so ever. Do yourself a favour and don't purchase from this company.
Not their Artwork – This business is using artwork stolen from other wallpaper designers.
Terrible!! Do not buy from here – The product arrived damaged and with bubbles in it. The decor did not stick to the wall and I emailed them for a replacement. using glue defeats the purpose. When I told them this, they completely ignored my emails despite stating on their website that they have 24/7 support and a money back guarantee
Warning to others considering HY Wall Art – Although they have a great range of art and shipped the mural quickly, that's where the positives end. Spending over $600, the mural was damaged during postage as they only wrapped the packaging in paper. during the purchase and they had upsold the mural. There has been no support provided after raising the problems. I should have followed the other 1 star reviews however their eBay rating seemed good so I gave them a go. Warning to others going forward!
Poor quality – I ordered a 3m sticker. Quality was very poor and I came in one big piece which made it incredibly difficult to apply. It ended up in the bin, complete waste of money. The smaller sticker came in 3 pieces so was easier to apply, but still horrible quality.
Really bad product, not recomended – Very expensive a does not even stick to a clean and well prepared wall for longer than 24 hours. Not recomended, there are better decals for half price or less! I purchased this one because I wanted something very especific, big mistake.
Bad Quality and Even Worse Customer Service – I ordered a large wall mural consisting of 4 seperate panels. One panel was defective and I needed a replacement. altogether. And since then, the two panels I installed are already lifting at the edges. I wasted $550 and have a pile of rubbish now. Avoid this company!
Poor quality - stay away – The stickers look alright, although painful to apply because they don't come with transfer paper. Also need to be cut to size by the customers since a printing margin has been left where 2 halves are meant to be connected. applying... They just fall off the wall within 2 hours. Might work better on glass or mirror, but on normal/non textured walls inside they are useless.
