Do not book with them – This morning ..10 days after the end of the tour.....I had a 25 minute phone call from the manager apologizing for the miscommunication and asking for me to take the post down. He has amended their website to clarify the booking situation and they no longer accept solo bookings on the 4 day tour. COMPLAINING does help to improve systems and we should not be afraid to do so.
Original complaint below: I have improved their rating as a result of their apology.
I booked a trip with IGoMorrocco before arriving in Marrakech. This was a mistake as prices on arrival are much cheaper. I booked the tour as a solo traveller and one specific reason for doing so was so that I was in a group and not alone. The first day I was picked up from my Riad as agreed and had to pay in cash the remainder of my trip. My assumption was that everyone else on the trip had paid for the same experience as myself. At no point was it communicated to me that we had paid for different levels of experience or quality or that some people had booked with different operators. After an enjoyable day getting to know my fellow group I was left st the end of the day in the van after the others in groups of 2-4 were dropped off at different hotels. I was told not to chat as I was going to a better quality hotel. The main point for me being that I was in a hotel alone. I had booked a group tour why was I now alone??? The first room I was given was pretty grim with synthetic mismatching bed linen and barely room to swing a cat. I complained on what's app and 5 minutes later had my room changed. I also complained about being alone. The tour operator acknowledged this BUT then did exactly the same thing the next day. This time I spent the day with the group and then was whisked off alone to join another group for the Camel ride. I was furious and really upset. Once at the desert camp I was again moved to another camp...having to walk across a sand dune. I felt a bit like a prisoner. When I complained about this I was given a mouthful by the hotel owner the next morning.....apparently I was being ungrateful as they had upgraded my desert camp. This was the first I had been told about this and I left angry and confused.
My overall experience was ruined by this. The tour operator agreed to refund MD 800 dirham but then renaged on this and only refunded my deposit..the equivalent of around 500 dirham. So not only did they cause a lot of stress on my part they also lied about how they were going to resolve the issue.
I would not recommend this company to anyone especially if you are traveling alone.

3days desert tours complain – I have a few complains to this tour. First, I attended 3days desert tour from Marrakech. They said that the first night is a Private room but the driver tried to put us a group room. It's unfair. Secondly, they arranged the hotel pick up to return journey(hotel to airport). But no one come up on that day. I called to the driver ,he said there is no booking. As office staff did not pick up the phone, we need to take a taxi. It's waste of our time and money.
My friend complained by email but we haven't got any reply.
They are friendly before the tour but after the tour, they have changed. No help.
Morocco Tours - IGoMorocco.com Huge Discounts on Morocco – My bf and that i had a tremendous expertise throughout four days tour with www.igomorocco.com. Our guide [name removed], was very nice and attentive and distinct. He knew okay the history of the regions we've visited and he was terribly keen in respondent all our various queries. we have a tendency to visited several cities, kasbhas still as beautiful natural places and that we are thus surprise by the sweetness of the country. Our tour enclosed a artiodactyl ride and an evening within the desert, such a good experience! I definitely recommend to use this company Best local travel agency
