Super Impressed – Not sure why they have some bad reviews. I was very much impressed by them. Prices are cheaper and shipping to Australia from Korea was less than $4 for me. Other sites were asking for $35 shipping for same product. It took less than a week to arrive and communication was super fast. They're the best.

actual total), so I risked it. And actually, initially, there was an issue. Of the 20 or so products I ordered, three weren't actually in stock. But the gentleman who e-mailed me about the issue firstly wrote it in perfect English (better than a lot of American companies to be honest) and was extremely apologetic and accomodating. I instead ordered different products and was refunded the difference with no other hassle. When I ordered the different products, the customer service representative again apologized for the inconvenience. (As I had just had an extremely unpleasant time dealing with Subway's customer service, this was very refreshing and welcome). When the products arrived they were well-packaged, and the first items I took out of the box were a free makeup bag and a packet of free samples. These were unexpected, and I was so happy that I literally had to stop unboxing for a few minutes. I later found a free full-size product that I probably would've been willing to buy. (I checked my invoice three times because I didn't believe that they'd give me that without a promotion). The products were all authentic, none had leaked at all. It was one of the best experiences I've had with buying Kbeauty products. Maybe if they weren't as good in the past they had an overhaul, because I'm extremely pleased.

service team apologizing that two of my items were out of stock, and asking whether I'd like a full refund or to choose something else with that money. I responded and it's been repayed in full to my PayPal! Super polite and fast. They say it'll all ship out tomorrow so I'm happy. Would like them to stock some more items though.
Bad Service – I've bought from this place previously and it has been ok. However my 3rd purchase was made 3 months ago and still has not arrived. I tried contact the email they provided but there has been no reply . I contacted them multiple times . however still no reply. So I am at a loss. No product and No contact.
Slow shipping. Terrible service. Don't trust – I've purchased twice from ibuybeauti.com and the first time the order took one month to arrive, and there was an item missing which I didn't notice until later when I logged in to publish some reviews of the products I had bought (they have a point system where you earn points for reviews you write). after I had placed it so I emailed them (their website claims they contact you first if there is a delay in processing, they didn't contact me) and they apologised, gave me 200 points (equivalent of $2 or less than 1% of the money I had spent on their website in two orders), and advised that the order had been sent out the day before. I had paid the $2.50 extra for tracking on the package. 9 days later, the tracking website showed that it was still "in transit" from Incheon Airport, meaning that it hadn't arrived yet in Australia. I contacted them again, asking them to find out what was going on. They told me to call Australia Post and give them the tracking number. They said they'd love to call themselves but couldn't because of the time difference. Time difference between Seoul and Sydney is currently one hour. I went on Auspost website to track the item but there was no parcel found under the tracking number, obviously because it hadn't arrived yet as per the information on the tracking website. They are so reassuring and confident on their website that they will take full responsibility of missing orders. They also estimate shipping time to Australia to be 13-20 days which is false. It's been exactly four weeks since I placed my order and there is no sign of it arriving anytime soon. Fed up of waiting and their lack of commitment to solving my issue I asked for a refund but they have stopped responding to my emails. Do not trust this company. You can get better service and faster shipping from eBay. I'd rather pay the huge markup at the retail stores in Australia that sell Korean cosmetics. Never buying from them again.
