women on my front desk - - if I wanted exceptional service reviews for my business. General questions where we needed help were looked upon like we were stupid? Then my sister booked and was basically told after she had requested a top floor and asked why she was put on a lower floor – comment from the receptionist was … maybe this is not the place for you???? Will not be booking back at this establishment for that very reason many other accommodation options within walking distance and across the road from the beach. Bec - Brisbane Queensland
