Very Disappointed – I found this company on Facebook and this is disgracefully that they can advertise without penalty's The company Iconics Melbourne is not the same as the Iconic company. I ordered 2 sports Bras but never received and didn't answer any emails. Lesson is not to buy anything unless it is with Paypal

“Iconic Melbourne” scam – Ordered two sports bras (they looked great/supportive so I’m disappointed they don’t exist) Recieved the order confirmation but didn’t think anything of it till it was a month after ordering. Tracking number doesn’t work. No reply from the support email. Checked my bank card and the transaction is called “Obf56d5 Huizen“ I’ve clearly been scammed. Thankfully it was only ~$60 AU. Do not buy from this website!!

Scammers! – I’ve been chasing this company for two months also, went to check it again tonight and found the website doesn’t exist, the tracking doesn’t exist and I still don’t have my products. Emailed them and they told me it had already been delivered and that was the last I heard from them. I ordered through my bank and my bank wasn’t able to retrieve funds.

Rip off – Ordered some clothes months ago, still have not received them, when I contacted them they said it had been delivered but would not give me any delivery details! No tracking available They will not answer my emails. So upset that they have my money and I don’t have anything to show for it!!

notified of return postage, I have had NO communication from Iconic. I have NOT received my refund. This has been ongoing for over 6 weeks now. I've emailed weekly trying to get a response. I've searched for other people within the company and emailed them, including head of customer service. And still no reply to my emails or refund of money. Ironically they can spend a ton on of money sponsoring the Logies, but cannot refund my order. BAD BAD BAD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Iconics Melbourne - Scammers – Iconics Melbourne advertise on FB/META. They're a Scam Company. Gold Lamp ordered on June 8th 2024. It's August 6th 2024 and nothing has arrived despite multiple emails to their "contact" email address. They also provide FAKE Tracking Numbers for Shipping. Buyer Beware!!!!

Scammed – Same as all other reviews. There are no products. Take your money and disappear.

A Scam do not buy – Scam.. emailed a number of times with no response. Untraceable parcel number. Paid with PayPal just raised a complaint against the company. DO NOT purchase

Scam company – DO NOT BUY! This is a scam, they take your money and send you fake tracking number and product never arrives.

Scam - Don't Fall For It – I was scammed. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 sports bras thinking this was The Iconic but it is "Iconics Melbourne". Not even a real store. I received an "order update" with phony tracking number and "customer care" link was also phony.

Disgust. I was scammed – Scam website. DO NOT BUY. Given a fake Chinese tracking number. Nothing delivered to me. Have reported to ACCC. The tell me my bras have been delivered. What a lot of crap. Really annoyed.

Scam junk shop despite name tricking you to think it's in Australia – Ordered two sports bras that never arrived.
