Do not deal with these people - a scam! My credit card company is now pursuing the issue.

The company is a scammer – I ordered a TV Box online and the website shut down after I put in payment details. I later received a "you have not completed your order" message via facebook. I said to continue the order. I received a cheap digital clock/light valued at $3 on the package. I complained and after many emails they claimed I ordered the clock (which doesn't work) and produced a copy of an order for a clock for $67.45. It is a complete scam.

Dude TV box – We purchased the TV box because a friend had bought one and had been successful getting it to work. We tried and tried but ours wouldn’t. sent it to the wrong address but someone from the company signed for it. We then got onto Consumer Affairs and was told to ask for a refund reversal at our bank. We did and a week later we had our money back. Consumer Affairs said if we were unsuccessful with the bank to return back to them but we didn’t need to. Afraid that we cannot give the Bendigo Bank enough thanks. We would not recommend the t95m to anybody.

Three months later and still no delivery. They are a “SCAM” – DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I ordered on the 21st of January, and today, the 26th of April, and after numerous emails where they request for me to be patient, I find out that they claim the product has been returned as incorrect address, yet the address they clarified is the EXACT SAME as another delivery I received just 2 weeks ago that incidentally was in the exact same purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Icoolgadgets Not Trustworthy – I received the TV box I ordered but it was not working. There is not even a power led that turns to blue when device and cable gets connected. checked again they don’t have a phone no. Where I can ring just email address.

But I am now doubtful that they will refund my money.

Just making this review now with the hope that this thing does not happen to others.

My advise is do not buy from Icoolgadgets.com. This online web store is not trustworthy.

Poor service, no response – Ordered a tv box over a month ago they took the money immediately but still no delivery and no answer to email,still waiting but doesn’t look good ,don’t know where to go now

icoolgadgets ripoff – I ordered a tv box from icoolgadgets product never arrived. After 30 days I emailed them no there was no response. If you click on the phone icon nothing happens.

Poor company to do business with --- there is no after sale support at all – Brought and received a T95m TVBOX on the 05.12.2017. The TVBOX is only worked for 10 days and failed. It can not be switched on again. I found out the power supply unit (power pack) is faulty and is only given 0.45 Volts DC instead of 5 Volts dc. same day saying " Your request (71967) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff " I have sent few emails to ask above the status of the request and get no reply from them at all. After 47 days later still no reply from them.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY "ICOOLGADGETS"
