Don't buy!! – Poor product advertising. When product didn't do the job it was advertised to do. Returned pool cleaner. Got fobbed off. So now they have my money and my pool cleaner. Lose, lose.

Amazing customer service, going above and beyond – Team were very helpful with my purchase and getting this sent to NZ. I had already placed an order to an Australian address when I realised they could send to NZ for me, so they intercepted my order, adjusted freight cost and sent on it's way. Extremely helpful and very good communication. Can not recommend Ideal Shop enough :)

Issue resolved – After not receiving goods, they were great with following up with Australia Post and immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived a few days later. Thank you and will certainly you again.

The worst shop I ever dealt with – This is likely the worst shop I ever dealt with. I purchased swimming pool goods and immediately paid for them. The shop only delivered some of my items several weeks after my order with no communication or explanation of the delay. The remaining items were never delivered and never received any refund either. Be aware of this outfit as you will likely risk your money by paying in advance.

Positive Experience over several deliveries – I have had several orders and deliveries through Ideal Shop and I have been very happy with both the products and experience. Delivery was quick and I received email notification when my order was dispatched. No problems so far and have found product descriptions for what I bought to be accurate.

Beware! Incorrect product delivered, unable to return and no refund given – A different company rang me to arrange delivery, when I was confused they said they distribute for idealshop. The wrong product was then delivered and when I contacted those that did the delivery they said it had to be addressed back through idealshop. lost count of how many times I had to contact them again because they had not called me back with answers as promised. They said to me it was a "communication issue from our supplier. Unfortunately they have been substituting our last few orders with the Borneo and have not advised us. Previous customers have also not complained" and a big lecture about the risk of companies using a "drop-shipping" model. I don't care how the company operates I wanted what I ordered (and paid $50 delivery to get), they refused to pick it up and refund me. Order from them at your own risk, you don't know which company they're aligned with to provide you what you ordered.

I actually asked for too much refund due to a mistake on my part but rather than correct me she refunded it. Would buy from again and recommend to others.
