Very Reliable and Super helpful – I normally don't put reviews but with the experience I been with Ken at iFix he was amazing and super helpful. I have been there for the last 3 repairs they always gets it done fast and at a very good price and never a problems at with there jobs. (I highly Recommend iFix to everyone)

best repair shop ever been – went to many other phone repair shop before they all told me they cant fix my iphone that was water damage and tell me go buy a new one but my mate told me to go try iFix in Brunswick with in 1hr they got my phone running again they are the best!!! ... since then all my friends and family all using them and the only place I trust now..... there Technician can repair all chip level repairs that many shop can't do and have no clue about repairs... very good price and services!!!

Not Reliable. Do not want to abide by consumer law – I took my iPad to ifix repair centre in Moonee Ponds to have the smashed screen replaced. I picked it up one evening and paid $240. The next day there was a crack across the screen and it was delaminates on one side.a very poor screen replacement job or a faulty screen. The crack was not consistent with a drop or damage by me. I sent an sms to them immediately but received no reply. I visited the store in person the following day and spoke to Ricky who had replaced the screen. He told me I would need to pay again. I sent an email to them using the contact details on the I website but again received no response. According to consumer law they are required to take due care and skill in providing a service. Definitely advise people to not go here if you expect any warranty on what they do!
