iFLY Indoor Skydiving

Terrible website booking experience, great in person experience in Perth WA. Was a tad nervous after reading reviews and the booking experience was a bit crap. My wife got me an “anytime” voucher but then the website wanted to charge an extra $22 for a premium time slot. Tried to get it resolved over the phone, one guy said it couldn’t be done. Sent an email, never got a reply. Called again a few days later and was finally resolved. Also, although my wife purchased all the extras but the site still tries to sell them to you afterwards, and the voucher doesn’t tell you what extras you have. Lastly nowhere does it mention a limit of 118kg for high fly before you purchase a gift package, so despite paying for high fly it wasn’t available- the instructor did take me as high as he could though (I clocked in at 120)

The experience itself was awesome, the staff were friendly and Noah who guided me was an absolute superstar!

Not inclusive – Sad that I-fly aren’t as inclusive as other businesses here in Australia. They Don’t support companion card and only have one night where there is extra staff on for people with disabilities for an all abilities evening- Making it quite difficult for most people to attend. More work needed from upper management and marketing to truely support all people regardless of their abilities.
