Hybrid floor easily scratched – I got decoline hybrid floors installed by these guys. At the install, when they sold me this product, I asked them for its durability. Now that I have moved in and all the trades are done, I realise now, how sensitive the floor is. I was told I can have pets etc. I wouldn't recommend decoline hybrid floors to anyone!!! I haven't even gotten my furniture in yet, nor do I have my pets yet. I have been very pedantic in protecting the floor since I got it and no shoes are allowed inside the house. I will have to replace it in a couple of years time. Not worth the money and it is not cheap either!!!! Not worth - go and get some other decent product from an honest installer!!!! Can't get hold of ikahousing either, which has been recommended to me by Decoline itself!!! Terrible experience

Excellent – Ordered a small amount of Timber from Daniel in IKA housing and he provided fantastic products, great customer service and communication. Smooth and painless transaction at a low price. Will definitely visit again, thanks Daniel!
IKAHousing B Grade Merbau / Kwila: Rotting Through in less than 15months – Purchased 600+ mtrs of B Grade Merbau decking in Nov15. Their claims per the website are the B grade is the same quality as A grade except for coloring. They are actually pleasant to deal with during the sales process. Within 15months more than 10% of boards had bad wood rot. IKAhousing physically inspected the deck themselves taking samples and confirmed there is an issue with the timber sold to me, but agreeing only to a max of 14% remedy.
Subsequent building inspection found the problem more extensive and deemed the deck unsafe due to rapid rotting and boards collapsing under foot. My other Bunnings merbau decks are 6+ yrs and are fine so not a local environment issue.
Ended up needing to replace the entire 600+mtrs with Bunnings A Grade timber for not much more in timber cost than from IKAHousing. But now out of pocket $4,000 plus.
I would not purchase their B grade Merbau even for indoor use. Not even their A grade as the B is meant to be the same quality as the A.
