Terrible mattress. Sagging bad – Just like other reviewers it started really good. We were very happy with it but within 1 year it sagged terribly and started giving us terrible back and neck pains. I've called ikea 6 time and been on hold for hours to get this sorted. Sent emails with photos of the 4.5cm sag which is really substantial for a non-pillowtop latex mattress. Evertime I'm told someone will get in touch but its been over a month and no resolve. I'm lodging a formal complaint with ACCC and Fair Trading.

Ikea have reached out and offered to sort the issue out. There was a delay at their end but they have again shown the wonderful ikea customer service we once knew and liked. Thanks guys.
