I was also disappointed that, despite raising the issue, the advertising and images remained unchanged. I felt the response did not adequately acknowledge or resolve the discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received.
Overall, I am very disappointed with how this matter was handled and would not purchase from Illuumi again.

Product is very good, with results showing within a few uses. I recommend this product for sure. From having body hair to being completely bald. Imagine how you can model your bikini line lol. Followed the instructions exactly and it’s done absolutely nothing since starting to use the device 12 weeks ago. My skin tone and hair colour are within the range that they say should work, but so far I may as well have just been holding a regular light to my skin. I ordered this hair mask on the 4th March 2026 and as of today 30 March 2026 I still have not received it or a refund. They have just sent me another message saying if I dont received it by 5 April 2026 they will look into refunding me. Thats a month later!
