Incredible service! I was so stressed after the accident, but they reassured me that everything would be sorted. True to their word, a replacement car was delivered the same day, and I drove it for weeks while my own car was in the shop. The whole process was completely free as promised. A bunch of thieves and crooks. They don’t have any cars or panel beaters of their own — they’re just trying to make money off brokerage alone. They’ll collect the money from the insurance, won’t pass it on to the panel beater, and then ask you to take the car to another panel beater — an hour and a half’s drive away — who supposedly “owes them a favor” to fix the car.Don't make the mistake — stay far away from them as you would from fire.

Awful company. They will leave you hanging for days for your car to be approved. Then they’ll drop off a car at 9:30pm via Airtasker and then they’ll repo the car without your knowledge 7pm on a Saturday, days later. Choose anything else! Show details

company was supposedly going into liquidation. After many many phone calls and text messages, I was then supplied the following day another hire car from a company in Sydney that then got repossessed due to non payment of the hire car costs - this was 21.11.2024 and I have been without a vehicle since. My vehicle has beem deemed a total loss, a statement of claim was issued with the courts on 7.12.2024 yet I have not had any communication with the legal team regarding this. I also approved for my vehicle to be sold to the salvage yard and have not receveived that payment. Yet I have been contacted by IMOK's legal team regarding the court case foir the recovery of the hire car fees. The last email communication I have had from this company was the 7th February 2025 - I have called they will not return my calls, they will not reply to my emails. This company is a sham and an absolute joke - they take advantage of people when they are vulnerable and treat you like garbage.

Do not Use IMOK – Said they would organise a replacement car, said I would receive my hire car and the car did not arrive, day two they sent me an email to say it would arrive and didn't, tried to ring company many times and nothing, no replies beginning to think this company is a [Content Removed]

Avoid this company at all costs – The directors of this company, Austin Cho and Tammy Cho have been nothing but deceiving to their own clients. The couple decided to hold onto my settlement money for several days, even after I had come to return the hire car. They do not have their own fleet like the response to the previous review states. They partner up with different hire car suppliers. Absolute scammers, do not use this company.

After signing the initial paperwork, they bombarded us with over 30 pages of documents to sign, along with multiple phone calls and emails every single day.

After organizing everything and confirming multiple times, my mum's damaged car was scheduled to be dropped off at the repairer at 9 a.m. The night before, at 7 p.m., they asked if my 65-year-old mum could take an Uber 1.5 hours away to pick up the rental car, which we refused. They assured us that the car would still be delivered. However, the next morning, no one showed up, and her calls were ignored. Later, we got a call from a woman who said she had been hired through Airtasker to pick up a car from a rental shop and deliver it, but IMOK hadn't sent the necessary paperwork to the rental shop. As a result, she waited around all morning until the paperwork was finally sent. She didn’t arrive until 4 p.m., causing my mum to miss work that day.

After that ordeal, we received another call telling us we needed to fill out more paperwork. On the day my mum picked up her repaired car from the shop, we were told someone would come to collect the rental that afternoon. We waited, but by 6 p.m., we received a call saying the person would now come the next morning at 8 a.m. and that the rental car had to be detailed, or we'd be charged a $150 cleaning fee (seriously?).

The next morning, as we were waiting for her to arrive before leaving for work, she called and told us that the company had messed her around, and she wouldn’t be able to come until 2 p.m.

After all this, we never even received the $100 gift card that was promised, and our numbers were blocked from calling their VOIP service.

Avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the headaches and stress.

Please be careful – Avoid renting a car from this agency—they'll process your claim but then bombard you with demands for additional documents. for repairs, I called them, only to learn that the rental car was available in Tullamarine, so they sent an Uber to take me from Clyde to Tullamarine, wasting my entire day.

After I returned home, they requested my vehicle's registration details, which I provided. However, they informed me that this wasn't the right paperwork and insisted on proof of ownership. Now, I have to spend an entire day searching for this document. They even threatened that if I don't provide it immediately, I’ll be liable for the rental fee.

I deeply regret choosing this company and feel anxious about the situation.

IMOK is probably the only car rental company left with ethics and morals – I get worried of car rental companies usually but especially more concerned if it is free. But I started to realise as time went on using imok's hire car that they are actually genuinely trying to protect me from getting ripped off and take care of me and my Claim & Repairs. I Would Really Like To Recommend I'M OK – I nearly had a heart attack when I accidentally damaged the replacement car but I was so relieved when IMOK comforted me not to worry as the damage I've caused is covered and what's more, I didn't even have to pay for any excess. I'm Impressed! – This is now my 2nd time using these providers but only IMOK was able to impress me with how transparent and caring they were. In short, the previous provider had convinced me by repeating the fact that there would be no charge. But they've ended up charging me $150 for cleaning and $850 excess for a hairline paint scratch.
