Despite this, it made me feel like the companies genuinely didn't want my business.
I did have one person come out to give me a quote. He recommended the Rinnai Gas Continuous Flow System because it clears up space on the garden path since it doesn’t require a water tank.
One company wanted me to send photos of my existing system so they could provide me with a written quote via email. This quote was the most affordable among the three I received.
However, when I called Immerge Group in Hallam, the first person I spoke to was Jaden. I explained to him that I was considering replacing my water heater system because I had noticed a humming noise emanating from it. He provided me with some information about their Continuous Flow System, but I decided to leave it at that.
The following week, I called Immerge Group again to obtain a quote. This time, I spoke to Kellie, who was very helpful and understanding over the phone. I informed her that I would get a few quotes before making a decision.
I called Kellie to check if she could match the lowest quote I had received. I had sent the quote via email, The following day, I received a call from Kellie asking if I could get the company to place the modern number before they could match the price. Because of the hassle of trying to get someone to come out was not worth it. In the end, I decided to go with Immerge Group, even though the price was $110 more.
Immerge Group is an excellent company to work with. They’ve been incredibly reliable, even after the system was installed. I noticed water on the floor in my garden later that day, and it was coming from the new system. I immediately contacted Immerge Group, and they came out to fix the issue within an hour. Even a few days later, I could smell gas, so they sent one of their technicians out to replace a part.
I’ve known people who’ve had problems with their systems and thought it was impossible to get the companies to come out. But Immerge Group has always been able to help. They’ve provided excellent service and treated me like a valued customer.
Follow-up · Now, I have the entire path instead of a water tank protruding, which at least halved the pathway. The constant flow is uninterrupted, and there’s no change in the water pressure.

but yet now no one from this company contacted me for this. In addition, I was not happy with their installation. Some timbers are cracked as they did not screw in the middle of the timber.
