Highly recommend using Impact Air – Omar and team were prompt and professional, very happy with our new ducted system!

Didn't show up 2 days in a row – I requested quote for full ducted air-conditioning in large home. Scheduled assessment for yesterday. They called during the day (I had already arranged to leave work early) to say 'car broken down' and rescheduled for 4pm today. I Left work early again after confirming at 2pm that they were coming. They called at 4:37pm to say they were still at another job the other side of town and wouldn't make it!!! I will seek more reliable companies.

Very Responsive and Professional – I contacted Omar about replacing my existing air conditioner - he was super quick in making a reco on a replacement and then following through with installation. The team who installed the a/c were on time and very efficient with the installation. Omar was also excellent in helping me resolve an issue that I created with the payment and went above and beyond in helping me sort it out.

Outstanding customer service – We have original decorative ceilings, Impact were able to install ducted air without damage to the ceilings. Customer service was outstanding. Some issues were detected with the unit straight out of the box. The installer went out of his way to solve the issues and deliver A1 customer service. All tradies could learn from these guys.
