We engaged Calum to come to our home to problem solve complex TV and audio issues. He was very thorough and quickly identified the key problems and gave us a number of options going forward. He was very responsive and true to his word, by following up with a quote, as promised, for potential rectification. He sourced other technicians who he advised were better placed to work with our Bose audio system. Proactive, great communicator, pleasant person to deal with alongside being very skilled and honest.
