Awful quality!! And lacking refund policy – I obviously didn’t do my homework well enough on the 100% Cotten Queen Sheet Sets (2) prior to purchasing. As soon as I took 1 set out of the packaging, I thought they felt rough and unpleasant so I washed and dried them. However it made no difference. I won’t use them. I contacted In2Linen but was only offered a refund on the unopened set which I needed to pay for the return postage. ‘’That is what crisp cotton sheets are like’’ I was told.

Appreciated – After initially being dissatisfied with the product, the company did end up sending a new cover as a replacement, happy with the quality and now customer service, thanks from a happy customer
