Insport won’t replace faulty shoes – I purchased Converse high tops for my daughter for school. She wore them once to the shops to wear them in. By the time she got home an eyelet had fallen out, leaving the hole fraying. I went back to Insport to exchange the faulty shoes and they won’t exchange them. Very unimpressed that my daughter now has to start the school year with already broken shoes. I wouldn’t recommend ever shopping at Insport!
Condescending manager and ridiculous refund policy – I purchased a pair of shoes earlier this week and had to return them due to a recommendation from a podiatrist. don’t remember is insulting and rude 3. Why in the world aren’t refunds offered? If the item is in the same condition as when purchased a refund should be optional. Increasing your sales by trying to force someone to purchase a product they don’t want AND earn income from the returned product isn’t reasonable to customers.
I won’t ever shop in the store again and I’ll be sure to provide my experience by word of mouth while I’m at it. Negative reviews spread far quicker than positive ones.

Utterly disappointing experience! – I purchased a Champion hoodie for my son 2 days ago for his birthday, before he wore it he noticed the champion logo on the arm was not attached properly, with it lifting the entire way round. as had owned and wash champion hoodies for several years and none of the others had this after 100's of washes. He refused to admit that it was faulty and just said it was 'different'. I asked him to show me another hoodie that was 'different' and upon checking at least 20 different style champion products and not finding one that was similar he still could NOT concede that it was faulty, only that it was 'different'. He was not able to offer me a replacement as they didn't have one in stock, I requested a refund but was refused as its wasn't faulty. He advised if I wanted the refund it would need to be sent away to champion to be assessed. I've never heard of something so ridiculous in all my shopping. I would need to wait up to 3 weeks for this process, but my son needed the new hoodie to keep warm. I have been shopping at Insport for years, but will not be back to that store again. My problem was later resolved at a different store, but I needed to travel to collect the exchange and find someone who was reasonable with commonsense.
So happy – I went into in sport to get a pair of sports use for the gym the ladies were so helpful and so polite I actually walked out with the I really wanted I love them they're great customer service they tried to make everything easier for me and I can't think the girls enough for helping me pick a pair of comfortable shoes Show details

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff and hopeless online support – Went into the Bankstown store and witnessed extremely derogatory and disrespectful behaviour between the manager and another worker which I also experienced. They have no number for head office which is absolutely ridiculous so proceeded to complain online and they were hopeless and very rude, they also rejected my complaint by indirectly claiming I was lying. as I bought it. She kept repeating the same thing in front of everyone else, it was almost as if she was screaming it, trying to embarrass me. Other customers were staring and she wouldn't stop even when the situation wasn't my fault and I was about to leave. It was disrespectful and I wouldn't want to shop there anymore.

Best Store! – I went i to the Liverpool store to find my daughter some school shoes and a very pretty young lady served me. She was very helpful! I got my daughter some school shoes and even a pair of runners. My daughter is so happy with them, and I am very impressed with her service! Will be back!!!
