system, still just loading the original software. Contacting Incartech and it took repeated attempts before receiving a reply. They could basically not offer any support other then ask me if I had installed the system, connected adaptor harness and pressed some buttons. When I stated that I wanted to return the product for a refund all communication stopped. The issue is now with NSW Fair Trading so will see what happens.

Sold me the wrong cables and was quite rude when purchasing the item don’t buy from this place

Absolutely no response to repeated requests for answers to basic head unit questions. Install Instructions not accurate and completely useless. OverprIced head unit and Absolutely no after sales support. Do not buy!

have a labelled stuck on the box then back out they go to your door) and come with zero instructions plus the displays are really terrible quality - poor mounting hardware, glare like a mirror and the UI / software is extremely slow / laggy to respond so quite clearly the cheaper end of the market when it comes to these aftermarket systems.

We hate to talk negatively about other businesses in this space but if you're thinking about placing an order with these people, we highly recommend that you do your due diligence and shop around. You do tend to get what you pay for and this is a perfect example it seems of that statement - especially with the amount of times we seem to get repeats of customers receiving subpar units which are quite frankly embarrassing to install to only end up being removed shortly afterwards.

DO NOT BUY. I waited for over 3 months for my radio. They claimed they were "Building the harness" even though when it arrived only the power adapter was attached. The radio was also very laggy and the touch screen only worked half of the time.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing my radio. My auto Android has failed and the zlink has gone thus not allowing me to access Maps or any other apps on my phone. After hours service or help from this company has been dreadful. Would not recommend this company to my friends.

I bought a replacement for my Colorado 7 double din which had failed. Received order quickly had some damage to double din cover they sent a replacement immediately. I installed the unit myself with no experience. It easily linked into my reverse camera, connects to my phone, GPS and so many features. For the price you cant beat it.

I never received my order and have had to submit a disputed transaction with my bank to get the credit card transaction refunded. I ordered on 30/4. On 8/5 incartech provided a tracking number. Took weeks for a head unit to arrive only for it to be wrong and missing any install instructions, I sent the product back to the sender, Incartech have ignored my emails. customer service was poor and I'm pretty certain I'll never see any refund, wish I product reviewed these guys before purchase... stay clear

Not what you think – Order placed and 2 days later, order confirmed. A week later I rang to find out where the order was. "Austpost must have lost it. accepted it and tried to install. Initially it worked but with no sound. After several phone calls, some additional steps were performed (that I found on the internet) I finally got it going. Website looks like a reputable car mechanic or auto electrician. Reality is nothing more than a back yard Chinese importer. Really disappointing

Annoyed – Xtrail dash mould was warped and didn't fit correctly. The so called new screen has wear marks all over it. They won't return any emails or texts, they take your money then don't want to know you. DEFINITELY would NOT recommend.

Not happy at all – Poor communication and parcel delivered after 3 weeks Product was faulty and his excuse6was that it's common that reverse camera light are on always.

Don’t do it! – Bought off these guys said it had been sent but wasn’t. They said it had been sent call aus post and wasn’t. Arrived 3 weeks latter can’t get the steering connection to work. Have said they’d send a new harness gave me a tracking number. That’s still hasn’t been sent! Save your money their just scammers!

Terrible – Had an issue connecting the rear view camera. Website said that support was available should you have any issues. I called and sent through photos of the connection. They sent a very short text with no description or understanding of what they were saying. I tried to call multiple times to get them to explain. They ghosted my calls and never called me back. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Incartech - crap products, crap service – Bought headunit for DMax. Absolute junk product - multiple problems including screen flickers, doesn't remain connected with Bluetooth, reverse camera died on first day, personalised settings don't remain after turning car off and so. Emailed them numerous times to resolve issues but have been ignored. Stay clear of these guys. Absolutely way of $700 bucks.

box/envelope/wrapping) wow, is that how you hide a $600 item via AusPost. No recorded post, and it sat at my front door for approx 4hrs, visible from the street.

The unit itself looks OK but is nowhere near as advertised and not VW plug & play - the factory USB didn't work, the gps & antenna leads weren't compatible. The inbuilt gps didn't work, wireless android didn't work, no auto dimming and minimum brightness way too bright at night.

The installed music player reset to playing the inbuilt demo (Madonna) EVERY TIME! The radio doesn't store channel names.

I requested return for refund 1 day after receiving the unit. Two weeks waiting for him to give me a return address. I posted ($38, registered/insured) the unit to him and he had it for another two weeks and no refund. I had to warn him my next course was legal action. Eventually got my refund, well partial refund - he stole $30 of my money! WHY? NSW trading advise that you should have paid the return postage too.

So, I'm $68 down and that was the most stressful 8 weeks of my life.

No after sale service – Fast shipping and good price on my stereo. I left 2 voice messages for help with my stereo each call one week apart. No reply. Not impressed. Would not buy from this company again.
