We are still gutted upset and cannot enjoy our pool due to them..imagine Taylor hoodwinking us when he knew we lost our son.. I have stomach cancer and. EDDIE has. lip cancer.. We are pensioners.. He still did sly things to get payments and even pretending his. Uncle died so we handed him lots of cash and no goods delivered... That's so low....

shonky pool builder – While he seems quite personable and wonderfully aussie, I cannot say anything positive about our interaction with this guy, Pool build started then things went from bad to worse. Stunning Pool – We have just had our pool build completed by Independent pools. We shopped around and found this company to be the best by far. All work was excellent and we are very happy with the finished product. We saved over $6000 on the project thanks to this companies attention and drive. This is the third pool we have contracted from the same builder and yet again the finished product is excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Stay Away.. Don't Even Consider It – Don't be fooled, he will NEVER answer his phone, he NEVER shows up when he says he will, takes weeks to return to site, he NEVER follows through... BIGGEST MISTAKE of our lives, worst experience we have ever had.. Like the last guy, we are months in and still going with no end in sight. Suppose to be a licensed professional, certainly does not trade like one.

his stuff ups and is quick to say it is standard building practice. What a joker. DO NOT pay him upfront or it will take him weeks to come back and finish just one aspect of the job, if your lucky. Caught him out lying on several occasions on why he couldn't come out to finish the job. He uses bodgy trades who have no pride in their work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

Better than the rest – We contacted Independent pools to quote the build on our fibreglass pool. Quote was very good and gave us all the prices and info we needed to go with them. The pool build was difficult due to the bad weather but they sure got it sorted and our pool is finished. We have had absolutely no problems with this company and we are very pleased with our pool. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

The best job and great to deal with – Had a pool installed by independent pools Every aspect of the job was covered. Good communication and great tradesman. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone.

worse, and show exactly how absurd this builder is, I have received a message from one of the positive reviews ([name removed]) threatening legal action based on my review. Which indicates many points, one the review by [name removed], is in fact the builder himself, and secondly he really is a fool.

contractor to finish the job, it turns out he did a terrible job at installing several aspects of the pool and we now need to spend more money to fix. This is on top of the $1000s we had to spend fixing the disgraceful concreting on the pool surrounds. There is so much more I could say but I will just say this. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS GUY! He should be shut down!!!
