when they ready to deliver this package I received a message from FedEx asking me to pay another additional $40.00 cost in order to deliver this package. I placed this order ahead of time to avoid additional cost but at the end, my package got late, and I end up paying this additional cost of $ 40.00 for FedEx. Why they charge unexpected hidden delivery charges later, instead of adding this amount for shipping with the order? very disappointing!!

Utter disappointment and disgusting customer service – I very carefully chose to order only what was advertised as silk, Indian Wedding Saree fraudulently false advertise polyester as silk. single one had zero natural fibre content. If you burn a tiny amount silk and other natural fibres it will burn to black soot, these burnt to plastic blobs. Obviously they get away with it because most people don’t bother to check and walk around thinking they are wearing silk, no, you are wearing plastic. Horrible polluting nasty, non breathing plastic. But the worst thing is the way I have been treated by their customer service people, so rude, saying it is my fault for thinking I could get silk for $16 a metre, I can absolutely get brand new perfect light weight silk for that in Australia from several companies. Then they had the hide to offer me a 10% refund when 100% of their products were not as they advertised. They are fraudulent liars who should not be trusted. So sad that evil people like this exist to take advantage of innocent customers just trying to support their business. The website is full of fraud, every single listing of every type of silk cannot be believed. Do not trust them, it just isn’t worth the grief dealing with their nasty, mean customer service. They know they did the wrong thing but are refusing to refund my money. Now they lie on reviews saying they have refunded when they have not.
