Worst Customer Service – Do Not Buy from this store, buy online or buy elsewhere but do not waste your time and money in this store. I was sold a faulty watch with an apparent 1 year warranty yet I was told it would cost $50 to fix. I hadn’t even worn it and it didn’t work. A huge waste of nearly $200. Appalling customer service. Only caring about getting money from you and customer comes last.

Trustworthy and Fast – On the myindulge.com.au website, I placed an order on a Thursday afternoon and received it the next day. It's free express post delivery, they are based in Launceston, Tas, I am in Melbourne, in spite of the 400+ kilometre commute, I was very surprised to have the product in my hands the very next day, I could not find any reviews on them, so! I tried them anyway and hence this review, it was a good choice. They even sent me an email to tell me my order had been shipped.

I recommend them to everyone, I'll certainly revisit their site. Five Stars. Prompt, Honest, Good customer service.
