InfaSecure Titanium Quantum

My son loves this seat – I have found this to be one of the better seats on the market if you are looking for something to get you through from bub to out of car seats, my son falls asleep very easily in this seat so i assume it is quite comfortable. Never had any issues with it, and I also have an infasecure astra in my ute, which i find is not as comfortable for my son takes a little bit to get more comfortable. Show details ·  1

unsafe – Don't buy this seat. You can't tighten the straps tight enough. I have this issue with both seats. Contacted customer service, tried their ideas and it still didn't work. available but you can try to send it via email which doesn't allow much data. A nightmare to deal with. I tried to tighten the straps with my hole bodyweight. No chance. I tried with ratched movements. No luck. I reclined the seats so they don't touch the backrest, because infasecure said they would sit too tight at the backrest (even i could still put my hand through )no luck. The only way it works, is to pull the straps down in the back of the seat and pull at the front the tightening strap (no ratched movement needed there, don't ask me why). They work with no child in the seat but as soon there is weight on it you can't tighten the harness anymore properly. A car seat specialist checked it and said both seats are faulty. Stay clear.
