Our Modem for our computer failed. We were recommended to InfrinIT from Pialba in Hervey Bay QLd and glad we took up the recomendation. They advised the type of modem and extender but recommended we purchase through our internet provider (Aussie Broadband) as the Modem would come already pre set up for our needs. A week later the item arrived and the technician (also owner) of Infinit came out to set up the system. Nothing was an issue and the work was completed in a very professional and workmanlike manner. Could not be happier with the service
Follow-up · I have been asked several questions about my experience with IfinitIT. 1) Wait time? The IT guy was out within a few days of advising them we had recieved the modem which we had to purchase from our internet provider. 2) Pricing was very fair and reasonable. 3) Any ongong support . None needed at the moment as no issues have arisen.
