Rip off – i was quoted $125k plus escavation from Andrew to build a pool in whale beach on northern beaches and signed a contract for $250k on a cost plus . Invoices to build this Pool to date has exceed $470k and the pool is still not rendered , tiled , fencing and or has any filtration plumbing equipment . ( yes just a shell ). Do not trust this company ,. Andrew will avoid every request to provide you a quote on trades before the job starts. Then will double up on margin by using affiliated companies with common directors for work.
