but we have finally come to a resolution. I highly recommend Infront as they care about their customers and offer fantastic service. I cannot say the same about Hikvision, be wary of Chinese products, they only care about the transaction and not after market service. INFRONT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

security cameras and does require patience knowing exactly what to do and keeping them maintained..I put my Dahua 8mp camera up in very cold winter weather, and then noticed at night i had moisture trapped in the camera resulting in a foggy lens. I emailed my issue directly to infront tech and they were friendly and helpful. Stuart from infron tech personally gave me a call and explained a few tips n tricks to me which resoolved my moisture issue. Now i have crystal clear security cameras, at a good price and with top service from infront tech! So basically if you are unsure prior to purchasing new cameras, just reach out to these guys, they are great to deal with.

another 2 days still no shipping details. Contacted them again, apologised again, my order was mixed with another and my items are not in stock, but was shipped that afternoon. Eventually received another 5 days later, 13 days after ordering. Admittedly the last couple of days was due to the usually poor performance of our friends at Aust Post (5 days to Express Post from the Gold Coast to Bris!!). Really, a comedy of errors and if shipping was prompt, review would have been 5 star.

Great service – These guys are very knowledgeable. They give great advice and the prices are the best. They shipped Friday like they said and I got it Monday. Cannot ask for better. I would buy from them again.
