Very happy with Ingenious Homes. They secured me a large lot at an amazing price. The build was completed in 16 weeks. The build quality and finish are excellent. I shopped around and they were by far the best value for money. Very happy, so much in fact, they're building another one for me.

Shocking – My partner built a house with ingenious end of 2018 and the house is already cracking outside, we have no where to put our bins we have to put them in front of our garage because where they wanted us to if there is wind them will fall onto the house lower then us, the bathroom cabinets are poor quality the appliances are cheap and nasty they supply, also they came out to do our fix list and nearly 1 year later still haven’t finished it, I would advise you go somewhere else

Great Builder – Wish all builders were like this. These are efficient and do what they say they will do, good quailty and value for money. Very happy, have built two homes with them.
