Complete Life Saver. Worth the buy – After the birth of my second child, I found my baby was very needy and hated being on the playmat. So a good friend suggested I should Invest in a good quality swing as she had the same issue with her children and swore it was a lifesaver. I did my research online and waited for Baby Bunting to have a sale. I bought the Ingenuity ConvertMe Swing-2-Seat Raylan for multiple reasons,

Firstly, I was particularly drawn to the toy bar on this swing as it sits on one side and it pivots around instead of hanging over on both sides. I had previously bought a second hand one that had the toy bar connect on both sides and every time I would accidentally bump my bubs head on the toy bar which was super annoying. And I really love the fact the toy bar is plastic and not fabric like so many types of baby swings have. Fabric is hard to wash if it gets dirty and if I ever wanted to resell it, it'd be hard to keep it in great condition. So that was a big deciding factor as I wanted something that was easy to clean. You also get a toy with it but you can add other toys to it too which I have done mine.

Secondly, when I was looking for a swing, I wanted a swing that had the vibration setting, it has a little compartment that slots under the chair that takes 1x C Batteries which powers just the vibration. It's very easy to set up, it took me about 15 minutes to set it up and it easily folds up to be moved around. The swing itself takes 4x D Batteries. I use the swing multiple times a day, so I have to change out the batteries every couple of weeks. The only thing I would of liked is for it to have the ability to be plugged in instead of relying solely on batteries. It has 5 speed settings, as a safety feature, it won't start swinging until you push the swing. The swinging mechanism that makes the chair swing appears to be magnetic so if you have other young children there is minimal risk of pinching little fingers. It will adjust how fast it swings based off the setting you made before pushing it. And if the chair gets bumped, the swing will slow down and come to a complete stop. It has a white noise and music function which you can adjust the volume as high or low as you wish. You can set a timer for the swing but you have to manually turn off the vibration otherwise it will stay on until the batteries die or you turn it off. The name "Convertme Swing-2-Seat" is a little misleading but all it means is that it has the ability to lock the swing so it locks the chair into place so it can't swing and becomes a "chair". So essentially it can be used like a vibrating bouncer. The straps are extendable, so great for a growing baby and all the fabric from the chair can be pulled off and washed which is great for cleaning up any spills from baby.

It's RRP is usually $229.00 but on sale, I bought it for $149.00. Overall, my baby really loves it and it keeps her happy while I go about my daily activities. I definitely recommend this product for any new parent that is looking for a new swing for their bub.
