Be prepared for shocking wait times and poor customer service – Absolute joke! It's 12 days since ordering & paying, not shipped. The website clearly states orders should be dispatched within 2 days. I followed up after 9 days by email, and on the website, no response. Same issue when I ordered in October 2021 which stupidly I'd forgotten about. Never ordering from them again! from October 2021 order looked great on arrival, feel good to wear. Lasted 2 years before the prints peeled off. Always washed and dried inside out to protect the prints. They were $50 each, you can decide if that's good quality.

Would not recommend – Great designs and decent shirts but postage times were terrible. First order was weeks late. I made the mistake of making a second order, they promised a free gift which I never got. I emailed them about it more than once but got no reply. Show details

Horrible customer service. Misleading – We love to support fellow Aussie businesses, but these jokers are horrible. Misleading processing/shipping lead times, poor customer service. Happy to take your money then no updates. Asked for a cancellation/refund which was granted. Don't bother. My wife and I run our own Aussie business and would never dream to treat our customers this way.

The shirt designs wear off quickly and get sticky. EW! – I absolutely love the designs on their hoodies and wish I could keep buying from them but there are a few reasons I stopped- -The designs come off after a few washes. they've all lost their designs. It's like they've melted off. I have hoodies older than these with designs that look almost new but these hoodies are less 3 years old. I've never done anything that should make the design react the way they do. -The sizing changes. So what used to be a 2XL no longer is the same size. - The customer service wasn't all that great. While I'd get responses I wouldn't actually get answers. Which made the experience a bit frustrating.

Poor quality prints – 2 T shirts that I ordered, both XL, were very different sizes. While hoodie material quality is quite good, The prints will fall off the material quite quickly. peel."... yeh ok.... but after only handfull of washes?

UPDATE: The prints on the T shirts and another hoodie I got seem to have faired better, so maybe just a bad batch. Still, their customer service was really bad as they didn't offer a return or replacement for either the size problem or the print problem. Changing rating from 2 to 3 stars.
