Personalized service – I wanted to find a bike mechanic who has excellent knowledge and problem solving skills to tweak my gearing system or to suggest ways to improve the ease of gear changes. George understood what I wanted to achieve and suggested ways to get there. We’ve started with keeping gearing system and tweaking. If I want to improve further for a simplified 2x or going with a 1x conversion, that’s something we’ll work through. I feel I’ve found my team to help keep me enjoying my riding.

Great friendly staff, easy to talk to, great turn around times – I've been dropping bikes off at Inner City Cycles for over 10 years and they've always been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Examples of jobs I've had done there: - Bike Servicing - Parts replaced (eg. wheels; cassettes; forks) - Valuing second hand bike - General advice on bikes & gear. Everyone there rides a bike, they are all interested and passionate.

The only issues are:

- Not open late on weekends

- A bit pricy

- Limited range

But hey - they're competing with Cell & Reid (and see my terrible experience with Anaconda: http://www.productreview.com.au/r/anaconda-1/696896.html )

Great service and advice – I went to inner city cycles with a picture of a bike in mind not knowing what I should be looking for in regard to size, safety and price. Damo helped me that day and answered all the questions I had as well as providing information about things I didn't know to ask. I was able to take a bike for a test drive without being watched which was a great relief which made the experience so much more comfortable. There was no pressure sales tactics just great service.
