Actually, the ingredients are basically the same, so that means we're paying for a brand name? It's difficult isn't it? I drink my coffee black so don't need it for coffee.
Why did ALDI replace their Organic Soy Milk with Inner Goodness soy milk? I used to purchase the Organic Soy Milk because of it's ingredients: "Filtered water, Organic Soy beans (13%) Organic Rice Syrup Organic Sunflower oil, Sea Salt". I purposely purchased it because it DIDN'T have calcium added (I am a medical professional so I know the dangers of added calcium) And what kind of calcium does inner goodness add? And why is the milk all of a sudden so thick? What is the creamy agent being added?
I am just researching this issue as I also noticed the difference. And I don't like the thick consistency. I have compared ingredients and see some difference. Including the Calcium that you mention. I am not happy with it either.
Is organic Inner goodness milk from aldi GM free? I know Australian soy is safe but the label says it's 79% Australian ..how about the 21% from overseas?
Yes. Being organic makes a difference.
I purchased Inner Goodness Regular Soy milk from my local Aldi to put in my coffee. It would seem that I got what I paid for because it will not mix in with the coffee. After a couple of minutes it separates and sinks to the bottom of the cup. Is this what the milk was designed to do, or is there a problem with it.
As usual always shake the liquid soy in its container to let any settled sediments mix in with the whole product. Not all soy milk products are suitable for adding to coffee. With Inner Goodness soy milk try throthing it over the stove or in an electric throthing machine before adding to coffee ☕ for best results.
Does Aldi's Inner Goodness soy milk contain any GM soy products?
The product doesn't state "GMO Free". I believe yes. Go to guide.ethical.org.au
Soybeans grown in Australia are not approved to be GMO. We only do 4 crops of GMO here in Australia. So if your product says its not Australian made, most likely GMO soy flour imported. Get the Australian made stuff and you'll be right.
