shouting into a void. Their responses—when they finally came—were slow, vague, and frankly lazy. It’s as if they’ve perfected the art of ignoring customers.
Contrast this with Amazon: if I had ordered the same item there, it would have been on my doorstep the very next day. Amazon understands efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction. Instant Brands? They seem allergic to all three.
It makes absolutely no sense to order from Instant Brands directly when their suppliers are faster, more reliable, and actually care about keeping customers informed. If you value your time and sanity, skip Instant Brands and buy through a retailer that knows what service means.

lid for me free off charge which was good but now the same thing has happened to the other two lids. Whilst the Pyrex dish is good the lids are useless so not leak proof anymore. Would not recommend
Follow-up · Lids material is hard plastic. Lids were stored with the glass container but not snapped on. Lids were washed in warm soapy water and never put in the dishwasher. The replacement lid also snapped at the corner.
I cannot get hold if this company, I need a replacement for a faulty item. Just get the run around!! Beware!!
Worst ever – I won a prize from this company. I never received my prize. I tried emailing and calling the company, I contacted them on their website and social media, but haven't received any response.

contact them via email and phone. Rang both numbers to be told that the person I was trying to contact was not available ??? It was the operator, left messages twice. Have had no replies. Luckily, I can still return the pot to point of purchase. What happens to those who can’t ??? If this is how they treat warranty claims, please think long and hard before purchasing anything from this brand. Would give them no stars if able to.

Pyrex Replacement Blue Lids Instant Brands Australia – Purchased first '8 cup lid' to check these guys, and worked perfectly. Site user friendly, fast delivery, impeccable customer service, price + postage still cheaper than lids (if you can find them), from homeware/Pyrex stores. Super fast and well packed. Ok – Corelle dinnerware order was well packed and dealt with super fast by Instant Brands. Shame that Australia Post delivered to house 33 instead of 22. Fortunately. The recipients hopped in their vehicle within minutes to deliver to correct address.
Best after-sales service ever – After receiving a paired roaster that had a small graze on the inner lip of the lid I contacted after sales and within a day a complete new package was on the way, no need to send the old one back not the slightest of argument.
