Do not believe the advertising from Intendtdo – We, I and my wife, are retired, and frequent air travelers, looking to be more comfortable in long flights, trusting the Supplier’s advertisement with illustration for the intended use of the product, I bought a travel pillow inflatable from INTENDTDO After receiving product, using in actual flight traveling, am very disappointed that I was not authorized to use it on Jetstar and Qantas flights. After many complaints sent to the Supplier Service Team for their fraudulent advertising, the received product does not match the advertised image, finally, they offered to refund me US10$, and said this this maximum amount they can offer for refund! I consider this offer inadequate for a product worth US $34, irresponsible solution from the supplier. My purpose when writing these reviews is for the future intended buyers , like me, to be careful when buying this product, from this supplier, to avoid the needless loss of money, as I did.
