International Pet Transport

Out and out scam. Paid $420 one way to have my pet transported domestically by these people. On the morning of the flight the boarding kennel where my pet was staying waiting for the flight advised the flight had been delayed. All attempts to have the flight rebooked by this company went unanswered apart from one where the owner advised me to contact the employee I had worked with. On contacting her she advised that she no longer worked at the company. Any further attemps to contact the owner by email, text, messenger, voicemail all went unanswered. I had to urgently book my pet with another more expensive service who couldnt transport her for 4 days. These people dont care one hoot about your business. They want your payment and thats it- they dont care. Ive been scammed. You should buyer beware

UPDATE: Department of Consumer Affairs Victoria contacted this shonk. he promised to pay in a month- guess what? he didnt refund me. Now he can deal with Consumer Affairs and VCAT.
