rejected simply because the postal sticker had been placed on the shoe box. This reason is unreasonable, particularly given the shoes were unused and returned in the same condition they were received. What is most disappointing is the poor level of customer service. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails raising my concerns and requesting assistance, the store failed to respond or provide any meaningful support. Instead of processing the refund fairly and professionally, they simply sent the item back to me without properly addressing the issue. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially due to the lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve a legitimate return request.

was referred to the docket which said 'no returns' at the bottom. When she asked why, and what she had been told earlier, she was told that Intersport Morayfield is a family owned business that can't afford a return for change of mind. Funny enough, Intersport Online has a policy for change-of-mind returns: 30 days. The Website of the Morayfield shop refers to this policy, which, to be honest, in fine print also says that 'some stores are individually owned and may have their own returns policy'. Is it enough to just have a line on the docket saying 'No returns', which is usually only read if ever AFTER the sale? Especially if a customer asked beforehand whether she would be able to return the product if not liked and the answer was yes? Certainly enough reason for me to stay away from Intersport in the future. This is just not good enough.
Follow-up · They did not respond in any way and we did not press it. We will just not shop there again, ever.

This is a review that should be -5 stars - Worst fake soccer boots I've ever seen. My son couldn't wear them due to their plastic feel, completely useless. Really poor quality of nike boots. Shame the price isn't as fake as the boots are. They should be held accountable for charging 'authentic' prices for 'authentic shoes' Don't waste your time
Was a bit skeptical cos of the reviews here but my online experience was flawless. Had the size i needed where no one else did. Free shipping. Competitive price. Arrived quicker then when i order direct from Nike. Very happy
I purchased a yoga mat which turned out to be faulty. After only 1 use, the surface began peeling. I returned it to the Launceston store, but was told that the returns & faults officer would need to assess it first. 2 weeks later I received a message to say the return had been approved and there would be a credit on my account, but no refund would be offered!!! what he claimed was the correct equivalent (7.5 US women’s sizing) and assured me, “They’ll stretch over time” when I told him it was uncomfortable. I trusted on his professional advice.
Unfortunately, this advice was incorrect. The shoes were not the equivalent size from the shoes I brought to him as a reference, and it became impossible to wear comfortably. When I returned to the store a few days later to request an exchange, I was met with dismissiveness and resistance.
Serious issues with customer service: • The manager repeatedly avoided speaking with me, for days, claiming to be too busy.
• She insisted I should have requested a bigger size, ignoring the fact that I relied on the employee’s recommendation since I am not a footwear expert.
• Both the manager and staff were rude, accusing me of being responsible for their mistake. Despite my frustration, I maintained respect throughout the entire situation.
I took the matter to the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), but even with mediation, the store maintained its inflexible stance and refused to provide any solution.
It is clear that this store does not take responsibility for its mistakes and prefers to shift the blame onto customers. For those who expect fair, respectful, and professional service, my recommendation is clear: avoid shopping at this establishment.

Horrible service – Horrible service. Refused to exchange/return an item because it was 16 days out of their 30 day return policy despite it being during the christmas period. Was ignored via email twice and they are not budging.

Sneaky approach to hiding a NO RETURNS policy – Harbourtown shop on the Gold Coast. Bought a pair of shoes that wasn't wide enough. Went to the store to return it and found they print on the bottom of the receipt they have a strict NO RETURN policy. at the cashier's desk when I bought them. I went back 3 days later, shoes still in the box, unworn, and I got various stories as to why they would not discuss a refund (after they checked they had not been worn) making up stories including 'better come back on Thursday', and 'the person in charge is at a funeral', even though they finally said they had no intention of doing a refund. Most outlets in Harbourside are very happy to do Returns, so never thought I'd need to ask that question before the purchase.

Terrible Customer Service – I visited this store two weekends ago to make some enquires about purchasing 15kg yellow bumper weights. the store and returned that afternoon to purchase the weights, to be told by another staff member at the checkout that the best she could do was $100 each. I explained that I was there earlier and spoke to a young man who had checked the pricing for me and that they were $73.50 each. I went with her down to the weight section to show her where the weights were from and there was no sigh stating the price of 100 dollars. The only visible pricing was 15kgs for $73.50. The young girl didn't seem too bothered by the fact that the pricing was $73.50 and continued to tell me that the best she could do was $100. In my opinion after a verbal quote and the ticket clearly stating the price I believe that it is the customers right that this price be warranted. This disappoints me due to the fact that both the lack of customer service and poor communication between staff members being displayed in your store. I was wanting to shop locally, but now because of this I will definitely think twice about shopping at your store or recommending your store to other potential customers. Also I contacted the manager after this occurrence I left an email for him and he never got back to me. Definitely demonstrates a lack of customer service and lack respect for a customers right!!
