account every month when all we get is an annual 'catch-up' and no communication during the year - not even answers to emails. We decided to stop using the particular advisor (and thus leave Invest Blue) and withdraw our investments from MyNorth. Since then it has been a painful process of having to remind the advisor up to 3 times to answer my emails which have contained questions and sometimes instructions. Excuses have been 'holiday breaks' or 'illness' which are fine but most professionals would set up an autoreply. Answers sometimes come at last and are short and abrupt. The latest email request has gone three weeks with several reminders from me. This time there have been no responses and not even any lame excuses. From the reviews I am sure Invest Blue is generally a good company, but PLEASE don't put yourself through the pain of going to their Cooranbong office.

Very Disappointed – In September 2022, my financial advisers, Emohruo Financial Services, entered into a partnership arrangement with Invest Blue. Since then, service has deteriorated and I am about to take my business elsewhere.

No value add for the fees charged - a very negative experience – I was introduced to Invest Blue by my trusted financial advisor when he was forced to medically retire. When I asked why my investments had not been moved onto another platform that attracted significantly lower administration costs (having been alerted to this by a third party), my query was met with silence and inaction. There was no denial of the planner's failure to advise me of an opportunity to save significant yearly administration costs. Invest Blue provides a 'set and forget' model - thousands of dollars in advisor fees are charged for no value add. I have since placed my affairs in the hands of a professional who is proactive and offers a return on investment for the service fees charged. Don't waste time, money and opportunity with Invest Blue. My experience with them was entirely negative. A one-star rating is generous.
