couldn't get resolved immediately. Macy promised she'd call me back at a certain time on a certain day and she did exactly that. I think she was very professional in her mannerisms. Such a pleasant interaction that I certainly would recommend organisation and hopefully you'll get Macy to help you out as she did for me. You won't be disappointed.

Was looking for company that could give us "health-check" as to current retirement readiness and then ascertain if they could be trusted with our finances moving into retirement 1st call ([Name Removed]) was to gather all our information as to assets/liabilities. walk us through where we were at present with our retirement plans and what things the company could help us. We were informed at this stage it would be fee-free. If we wished to move forwards, they would develop a plan for our retirement, which would cost $1500 if we didn't move forwards with the plan, or a maximum of $8,800 if we did (based off setting up a SMSF and transferring $200,000 from work super into it where we would pay 4.4% on this transfer). 2nd call ([Name Removed]) was under prepared, did not know our financial position and tried to direct us down the path of SMSF without even knowing we already had a SMSF (investment property). [Name Removed] became uncomfortable when expressed my concern that he was unable to provide a "health-check" as to our current retirement position, saying he had "never heard of anything like that before". He then switched to expressing that he felt this was not going to be a "good" match and that he was afraid i was going to listen to his advice and then go and implement it myself. I tried to express that was not my intention, but the conversation soon ended. Very disappointed with the experience. Overall i got the impression that they were only interested in setting up Self Managed Super Funds, having me transfer funds into it for it to be invested based on their recommendations - not interested in providing a wholistic approach to getting ready / transitioning / living through retirement. Be very wary of this company.......

They Lost my super! – I engaged the services of an advisor with the intention of obtaining advice in my best interest. However, I believe that the advice provided by this individual did not align with my needs, and as a result, I decided not to proceed with their services. Despite my reservations, I had to navigate a complicated process to prove my ineligibility for… Read more

their services, which was exacerbated by an error on their part that caused my superannuation to become lost between my original account and the new one they had opened for me.

While the advisor in question claims to be knowledgeable and skilled in their field, their mistake caused significant complications for me, including the closure of my original superannuation account. Furthermore, after my decision to cancel their services, they attempted to send funds to the new account, which I instructed them not to do, So they told the second super provider to reject the funds. But since they closed my original super account, the super money had nowhere to bounce back to!!! ultimately resulting in the loss of my superannuation as my original provider had already closed my account.

In light of these events, I am now tasked with locating my lost superannuation, a task that would not have been necessary had the advisor acted with greater competence and knowledge of superannuation accounts. I urge others to exercise caution and conduct thorough research before engaging the services of this individual, as their claims of professionalism appear to be at odds with their demonstrated lack of basic understanding of superannuation.
